The super-hydrophilic presented agent in the masterbatch leads to reduce the water contact angel (WCA), increase the adhesion between the droplet and surface, to create a thin water layer over the film.

This phenomena leads to light diffusion  in all direction, so removing the droplets magnifying effect , the possibility of increasing the point temperature is solved, also by increasing the weight of the water layer, its transfer to the edges is facilitated according to the direction of the incoming force such as the earth’s gravity.
